Who We Are
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to using our resources to reach the homeless and ensure they are cared for. We are dedicated to creating opportunities to connect the haves and have-nots. By doing so, opportunities will also be created to share the gospel to those on both ends of the spectrum. The ultimate goal is to ensure that none are homeless in heaven, rich or poor. Through our connections with the local church, home Bible studies, discipleship programs, and faith-based treatment facilities, we are providing resources for spiritual growth to those on the mountaintop as well as those in the valley. By working together, we can meet on level ground at the foot of the cross.
Meet the Founders
This page is dedicated to introducing the founders of Land Leveling Ministries, Pastor Mark Duncan and his wife Jessica. In 2022 they felt a clear and powerful calling from God to move to Phoenix, Arizona. Not knowing anyone or even the reason why, they knew they had to go. In obedience to that call, they left behind their family and church community to faithfully pursue God and see where he was taking them.
It was on that journey God began to reveal the needs of the unsheltered as well as the needs of the wealthy. Through much prayer and labor Land Leveling Ministries was born.
Mark and Jessica are deeply committed to serving the Lord in whatever capacity he places them in. Pastor Mark now teaches at several faith based programs in the Phoenix area and fills in for other pastors in need. They serve at a local nursing home, conduct weekly Bible studies in their home as well as minister to the homeless on the streets of Arizona. In the fall of 2025 they also started providing everything needed to start a home to those graduating those same faith based programs. Pastor Mark and Miss Jess are excited to see what else God may have in store.
